The founders of Capita also manage WA real estate agency Realmark. Taking principals discovered through this prior business and applying it to their broking enterprise allowed Capita to have a strong business model. The enterprise is relationship focused, with strong connections between the brokers and business partners.
Their service offerings include housing loans, investment property loans, commercial property/business loans, personal loans and asset finance. Each customer is provided with a tailored service based on financial and lifestyle goals.
