Peard Real Estate brings PRIMO magazine to life

Recently, Peard Real Estate launched a marketing initiative PRIMO Life Magazine, a free lifestyle, entertainment and property magazine. “We were in the position to do something completely different not only in the real estate industry, but in the publishing industry in WA,” said Katie Bullied, Marketing Manager.

The first publication of its kind in WA, PRIMO Life is a unique blend of exclusive entertainment stories from Hollywood to home, must visit venues locally and nationally, food and health reviews, travel stories to inspire the next getaway, home and garden design ideas, high value competitions, plus over 250 properties for sale in Perth, Karratha and the South-West. The high gloss magazine is printed 10 times per year with a 25,000 print run and distributed via all Peard Real Estate and Stocker Preston offices, plus online and via an iPhone app.

“In just six months, PRIMO Life has become a magazine that people not only look forward to receiving, but they hold onto. That kind of branding is priceless,” said Ms Bullied. The success of PRIMO Life led to Peard Real Estate being recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Innovation and Marketing Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2014.
