CMC Markets runs in 13 countries, providing a range of financial services that include currency specialist business and stockbroking. A profit of £32.8 million was made in 2013-14, displaying great growth compared to the previous year when a loss of £4 million was experienced.

At a low cost, traders are provided with exceptional online trading features with a very low brokerage. In 2014, for the fourth year in a row CMC received an award for ‘Outstanding Value Online Share Trading,’ from CANSTAR.

CMC ensures that they inform clients of the risks associated with trading, and provide education and training that will help investors discover trading opportunities.

Recently the company has revamped its customer service faction, first by identifying what would make an excellent customer service experience and then providing this for its clients.

The whole concept behind this was to “make it easier for the client,” and provide the customer with a smooth and encouraging experience.

This initiative has seen CMC Markets being recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence at the Australian Business Awards 2015.

Matthew Lewis, Head of CMC Markets Asia Pacific said “We are extremely pleased to be recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2015, it clearly demonstrates customer service excellence is a priority and strength of CMC Markets.

“The award is testament to the hard work we have undertaken to ensure we provide a valuable service offering to our clients that go above and beyond their expectations.

“CMC Markets has adopted a client centric culture, using customer feedback to inform and drive innovation across our platform, product and education services, which has resonated with clients.

“This dedication is evident in our increased customer satisfaction results, as we continue to ensure service excellence is inherent to every aspect of our business.”
