Amcom Cloud Collaboration (ACC) was created to help foster closer teamwork, faster decision-making and increase the ability to work remotely. ACC offers a range of functionality to encourage workplace collaboration and efficiency with applications such as telephony, video conferencing, chat, web collaboration and mobility. Amcom’s Chief Operating Office Michael Knee explained, “The potential of Amcom Cloud Collaboration extends beyond promised infrastructure benefits, this new model for unified communications has the power to transform people’s day-to-day work.”

ACC uses a consumption-based licensing model which enables customers to scale up and down depending on their needs, providing a flexible service that is able to grow with advancing technology without costly upgrades. Built on cloud technology, the ACC platform prevents data loss and service interruptions with two different data centres dually connected to the nationwide smart network.

“Increasingly, our customers want to be able to focus on their core business without the restrictions of costly on-premise infrastructure, servicing, and maintenance. Amcom Cloud Collaboration (ACC) is a flexible and easy to maintain service that can scale and grow with the changes in technology, business, and markets, without the need for lengthy and costly upgrades,” said Michael Knee.

An ABA100 Winner for Best Cloud Product in The Australian Business Awards 2014, ACC is now helping customers change their behaviour and improve their processes in a number of ways, including reducing the need for travel, cutting costs, and using video and the web to collaborate.
