FinXL began in 2003 and since then has been providing high value ICT services and solutions. Offices are located throughout Australia, with an office to open in New Zealand soon and further international locations being considered.

The organisation prides itself on working closely with clients, so that they can appreciate their specific individual needs and provide services closely based around those requirements. Due to its customer focus, in 2015 FinXL has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards.

To ensure their effectiveness as a company, FinXL pledges to record case studies of successfully completed client work and uses this as a blue print for future projects.

The FinXL team has doubled its size in the past 18 months, bringing on new skills and experienced professionals who have enhanced the company’s effectiveness. Recently the company have upgraded their CRM system, providing detailed statistics on activity and sales, which are reviewed on a weekly basis by managers and steps are taken for either improvements or to commend good conduct. Regular meetings either face to face, or via video linkup are had between clients and the company to ensure that clear and concise lines of communication remain open between FinXL and the customer.
