UniPhi is a software company that began as a product brand created by M.B.H Management during a global rollout for AECOM called Global Unite. UniPhi’s software suite covers the end-to-end lifecycle of projects while engaging all people working within that environment. UniPhi was honoured as an ABA100 Winner for Innovation in The Australian Business Awards 2014.
UniPhi’s product offerings are focused on engaging all areas of project work, and utilising simple and intuitive web and mobile applications. The software bundles four main solutions including UniPhi The Enterprise, UniPhi Major Projects, UniPhi Your Business and UniPhi OnSite.
The Global Unite initiative involved the implementation of a new client-servicing model. This model captured snapshots of project information from their bespoke cost estimating tools and transferred this data into UniPhi’s The Enterprise software. This information then went through a new and improved quality assurance methodology, with UniPhi’s software development team building a global data warehouse and analysis services model that would harvest this information to be utilised within any of the 120 offices around the globe.
UniPhi’s involvement has been instrumental in the success of this global initiative. Its core application was licensed and deployed globally to provide the core architecture of cost plan data capture in a way that enabled portfolio benchmarking. This created incredible speed to market and generated massive cost savings.
“The Global Unite project at AECOM required UniPhi’s portfolio and project management software to be adopted globally,” managing director Mark Heath said.
“The diversity of locations and cultures was incredible, and the uptake of the new system has been a credit to all parties concerned. For UniPhi to be recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Innovation in The Australia Business Awards 2014 is an honour we hoped for but never expected.
“This prestigious award will provide validation to both existing and potential customers of our capacity to support their global businesses.”
