LEDified Lighting allows its employees to make their own decisions, adopting a flat hierarchy where orders are handled from all angles, not just straight from the top. Dealing directly with the product source, the company does not have to deal with issues that arise from working through middlemen. Customers are set to save at least 50% on lighting related costs once they upgrade to LEDified LEDs coming down to an average savings of $9,800 per year for commercial organisations.
Since the organisation’s launch in 2012, the company has experienced incredible growth of 1300% per year. Whilst larger companies can take up to 12 months to adopt new technology to the market, LED can reach the market faster by adopting new technology in just 21 weeks. LEDified Lighting provides an efficient product that reduces energy usage, cost and has a lifespan of up to 10 times longer than traditional lighting.
