In 2014 the Reward and Recognition Program was launched for the first time, and will continue to be held in October each year from then on. Nominations are made throughout the company for employees who best embody the Club Assist values. 100 nominations were made throughout the globe with 9 winners in total. Each winner was awarded $500, a trophy and certificate from a member of senior management with the overall winner receiving $1000.
In 2015 Club Assist has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Human Resource Management in The Australian Business Awards.
