In a five-year period, Wilson Security has achieved several milestones: developed an integrated security delivery system; maintained a socially and environmentally responsible service approach; provided sustainable employment opportunities to Indigenous workers in partnership with the Australian Employment Covenant; and established best practice standards and industry benchmarks.
Its efforts have been rewarded with a company transformation from a struggling $80 million business with a staff of 3,000, to a $500 million industry leader employing over 7,000 people.
